Biography

LaLune is an Ivorian zouglou artist, singer, songwriter and performer, formerly known as Nayou Inter. With more than thirty years of artistic experience, he carries music inspired by human realities, life’s trials, social values and the quest for a better future.

His name symbolizes a particular kind of light, the kind that stays visible in the dark and reminds us that we can keep moving forward in the midst of hardship. In his lyrics, LaLune invites everyone to reflect on their choices, to hold on to their values and to build a life whose deeds will leave a mark.

His album On parlera de toi, made up of eleven tracks, forms a coherent musical journey around gratitude toward women, perseverance, life choices, faith, thankfulness, memory and attachment to culture.

With Les Lumières, his community, he extends this vision beyond music and brings together an audience that shares his messages and follows his artistic path in Côte d’Ivoire, in Africa and internationally.
